TIL in 2008 and 2015, unmarked mass graves of were discovered in Michigan. They were from Northwest Orient 2501, a plane that vanished over Lake Michigan. Some debris was found, but the wreckage was never recovered. Some body parts were recovered and then buried in these graves.
