TIL the United States Environmental Protection Agency has a ‘Most Wanted’ list. Each person on the list is wanted by the EPA’s Criminal Investigation Division. Included is a CEO of a mining company wanted for dumping arsenic and lead on public lands, currently believed to be hiding in Vancouver.
