TIL in 1987 a lone Chilean Flamingo named Pink Floyd escaped from a zoo in Salt Lake City and lived alone in the wild in Utah on the Great Salt Lake, surviving off brine shrimp. He was last seen in 2005, but others have claimed they’ve spotted him since.
