TIL Peter Ostrum, who played Charlie Bucket in 1971 classic "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory", never acted again after the film and became a veterinarian. He still received around US$10 of royalty payments about every 3 months. He's now retired and living in Glenfield, New York with his family.
