TIL Brian Wells was murdered in PA in 2003 using a collar bomb in a plot involving a bank robbery, a homemade explosive collar, and a scavenger hunt to disarm it. He was surrounded by police and it was shown live on TV as "one of the most complicated and bizarre crimes in the annals of the FBI".
