TIL the Psychedelic Frogfish, first scientifically described in 2009, has a number of colorful, kaleidoscopic stripes arranged in a fingerprint pattern. The fish lives among the similar-appearing coral rubble around Ambon Island, Indonesia where it can hide by crawling into narrow crevices.
