TIL of David Shaw, an Australian scuba diver/aircraft pilot who recorded his own death while attempting to retrieve a 10 year old corpse from a 200+ metre deep underwater cave. The corpse belonged to a young diver who had gone missing 10 years earlier while on a dive.
