TIL Jerry Lawler of WWE fame began a feud with comedian Andy Kaufman, wrestling him and slapping him on TV while Kaufman shouted profanities and threw coffee in his face. Later, as himself in Man on the Moon, he stated that his feud with Kaufman was staged and the two had actually been very close.
