TIL in 2000, a Great White Shark was killed by an Orca off the coast of California. All other Great Whites in the area suddenly disappeared. A tagged Great White showed researchers that within 1 hour of the attack, the tagged shark dove to 500m and swam 4000 kilometers to Hawaii.
