TIL of Cliff Young, an Australian potato farmer who at age 61 entered the 1983 Sydney-Melbourne ultramarathon wearing work boots and overalls. He ran non-stop for five days and 15 hours, won by ten hours and donated all of his $10,000 winnings to the five other people who managed to finish the race
