TIL when actor/stand-up Jimmy O, Yang got his big break landing a role on an HBO show his father was proud but unimpressed. Jimmy's dad told him if he could do it, he could as well so Jimmy got him an audition to prove it. He got that small part then went on to work on a hugely popular Chinese show.
