TIL The 1741 HMS Wager shipwreck, 6 months suffering on South Chilean Island, 60 crew mutinied leaving Captain Cheap with all the sick men and no chance to survive. The mutineers arrived in London in 1842. Cheap hiked the Andes, nearly starved in jail but arrived in London to see the mutineers hung.
