TIL that Jerry Lewis’ unreleased 1972 film ‘The Day the Clown Cried’, a controversial film about a clown in a Nazi camp, can now be screened in accordance with Lewis’ wishes. Lewis gave an incomplete copy to the Library of Congress on the condition that it couldn’t be screened before June 2024.
