TIL that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic shutting down Broadway in 2020, only four musicals were eligible for Tony Award nominations. Only one actor, Aaron Tveit from "Moulin Rouge!", was nominated for Best Leading Actor in a Musical, but he still could have lost due to the Tony's voting policy.
