TIL 2100, 2200 and 2300 will NOT be a leap years, due to the fact that if a year is divisible by 100, but not 400, the year is skipped as a leap year, to counteract that a year is not actually 365.25 days long, but about 365.2422 instead, meaning the rule makes up for 3 days every 400 years.
