TIL: The ruins of Diocletian's Palace became shelter for the few remaining civilized people after the fall of the Roman Empire, taking advantage of the palace's robust walls from Barbarian raids. Over time it turned into the city of Split, as people settled and built homes inside the palace walls.

Me67K TIL rock band Death Grips didn't play a show in 2013 due to a fan sending them a suicide note explaining how much their music meant to him/her. The band didn't show up at all and had a giant banner of the fans suicide note with their music playing in the background.
