TIL it’s impossible to speak coherently if you hear your voice as feedback on a phone call, Zoom, etc. Delayed Auditory Feedback disrupts normal speech causing repetition of syllables, mispronunciations, and omissions. These effects are often referred to as “artificial stuttering”.
