TIL that the Greece's modern navy has a trireme, based on ancient Athenian designs. The ship is designed for a crew of 10 spearmen, 4 archers, 10 sailors, 5 officers, a flutist, and 170 oarsmen, with a 450 lb bronze ram for ramming other ships.
