TIL that Germany has a provision called “Apple Juice Paragraph”. At least one non-alcoholic drink must be at most as expensive as the cheapest alcoholic drink, which is often apple juice. It’s supposed to prevent people from ordering an alcoholic beverage just because it’s cheaper.
