TIL @ 2009 with movies like “Beverly Hills Chihuahua”, “Legally Blonde” and stars like Paris Hilton, California animal shelters were overpopulated with Chihuahuas. Several rescue organizations took these Chihuahua, flew them to cities in the East Coast where there was a Chihuahua deficit.
