TIL The most heavily bombed country in history is Laos. The US dropped 260 million bombs on a neutral country, Laos, in attempt to disrupt Vietnamese supply lines along the Ho Chi Minh Trail. An estimated one-third (80 million) of the bombs have net detonated and are still at risk to do so.
