TIL the song "All Along the Watchtower" which is Jimi Hendrix's highest ranking single on the Billboard Hot 100 was written by Bob Dylan. Hendrix's version was released only 6 months after Dylan's version and Dylan's version was a top 20 single in 1968 as well.
