TIL: That in 1991 Spacewatch discovered an artificial body near earth that is now listed on the NASA Astrophysics data system as a possible alien probe that was observed in the vicinity of our planet. It’s orbit will bring it back to the earth in 2016.

BgveW TIL Sam White, a Virginia Civil War collector, was killed in 2008 when a 140 year old high explosive cannonball he was restoring detonated in his driveway. The explosion was powerful enough to send chunks of shrapnel up to 1/4 mile away. There were 18 more cannonballs in his driveway at the time.

In an emergency where the doors and windows can't be opened and they need to cut into the bus, the lines show the positions of the floor boards, the bottom of the seats, and the top of the seats.
