TIL a study found after a 90 min. workout, athletes who ate organic peanut butter, Clif Shot Bloks, Cytomax powder, PowerBars, & Gatorade showed no difference in insulin, glucose, cholesterol, or triglyceride levels compared to athletes who ate hotcakes, OJ, a hash brown, a hamburger, fries, & Coke.
