TIL Sergei Rachmaninoff's greatest hit is 1975's "All By Myself," in which Eric Carmen unknowingly included copyright protected melody structure from Rachmaninoff's 2nd Piano Concerto, thinking it was public domain. It wasn't, having been originally published in 1901.
