TIL In 1695 Henry Every became the target of the first world-wide manhunt. Every and his crew raided the Mughal's Grand fleet, stealing the equivalent to £97.1 million in 2022, and almost started a war with the English's East Indian Company and Mughal Empire. What became of Every is unknown.
