TIL The killer white rabbit in Monty Python and the Holy Grail was dyed red to mimic blood after the battle scene. The dye used turned out to be permanent, and filming stopped during the scene while the cast furiously tried to clean that rabbit before the owner noticed. Alas, they were unsuccessful
