TIL about Judge JoAnn Friia who sentenced shady landlord Florence Nyemitei to live in her own building after she forced her tenants to live without heat, hot water, and electricity. The judge was inspired by the 1991 movie "The Super" starring Joe Pesci who is sentenced to live in his own building.
