TIL during a gunfight between an off-duty sheriff’s deputy and two suspects, the deputy managed to fire a bullet straight down the barrel of one of the suspects guns. Investigators later said it was a “one in a billion shot”. One suspect was shot in the leg and arrested, while the other got away.
