TIL despite being presented as spontaneous antisemitism, the bar audience who sang along to Borat's "Throw the Jew Down the Well" was aware it was a comedy show; it was part of a 2 hour show with other jokes about throwing people down wells. The bar itself was partially owned by Jewish people.
