TIL David Kelly, a weapons expert, was found dead in July 2003, a month after claiming that what appeared to be Iraq’s mobile weapons laboratories, were facilities for the production of hydrogen gas to fill balloons. He was questioned by the parliamentary committee two days prior to his death.
