TIL there is a modern-day Rosetta Stone that intends to be an archive of human languages called the Rosetta disk. While it is only 3 inches in diameter, it has over 1,500 languages etched onto its surface. It has over 13,000 pages of information which need to be magnified 1000 times to be read.
