TIL Kurt Russell smashed a priceless 145-year-old Martin guitar filming ‘The Hateful 8’. The guitar was supposed to be swapped for a prop, but through miscommunication Russell just kept acting. As a result, the Martin Museum will never again load guitars for film “under any circumstance”.
