TIL Cult Toons was cartoon that ran from 1999 to 2000 on Cartoon Network. The show was a series of seemingly irrelevant and obscure clips from films and cartoons edited together for comedic purposes and had a very surreal and non sequitur quality. Often featuring Andy LeBeau suddenly exploding.
