TIL Kevin Tunell killed Susan Herzog in a DUI. Part of his sentence was to send a check every week to Susan's parents. The check would be made out to Susan for $1 and he would send it every Friday for 18 years. Susan, was 18 when she was killed, on a Friday. In all, he would have to pay $936.
