TIL wasp farming and hunting is a traditional practice in the prefecture of Gifu in Japan. And Hebo gohei mochi (grilled sticky rice coated in a sauce made of miso, peanuts and wasp larvae) is a local delicacy that's served during their yearly wasp festival: Kushihara Hebo Matsuri.
