TIL that blue wine is actually a real thing! First produced in Spain, it is made from a mixture of white and red grapes, anthocyanine (devrived from the skin of red grapes) and indigotine for the colour and natural sweetners. It cannot actually be sold/marketed as wine in the European Union though.
