TIL on May 11, 1991, Creighton hosted Utah in the longest softball game in NCAA history, lasting 31innings. After a 20 minute break, game 2 of the doubleheader lasted 25 innings, the 3rd longest in history. The doubleheader ran from 6pm to 6:10am the next morning.
