TIL that the owners of Scottish brewery BrewDog, James Watt and Martin Dickie, were both sued by Elvis Presley’s Estate for selling a beer called “Elvis Juice”. They legally changed their names to ‘Elvis’ to prove it is not exclusive to one man. They subsequently won the case.
