TIL of Est! Est!! Est!!! di Montefiascone, an Italian wine region in Italy. The name dates back to a tale of a prelate surveying wines for a bishop by writing "Est" on the door of the inns with quality wine. At a Montefiascone inn, the prelate was so overwhelmed that he wrote Est! Est!! Est!!!
