TIL about Fet-Mets, the Swedish petrified miner. Found in 1719 in an underwater mine shaft, naturally mummified by Copper Sulfate. His former fiancée identified him as Fet-Mats Israelsson, who had disappeared 42 years earlier. The remains were put on display on and off again until 1930.
