TIL that "Little House on the Prairie" books were adapted as a Japanese Anime TV Series called "Laura, the Prairie Girl" (Sôgen no shôjô Laura). It ran from 1975-1976 in Japan, and was dubbed for Italian and Spanish language audiences in the 80s, but has never aired in the United States.
