TIL Jeanne Calment, a French woman who is credited as the oldest person to ever live, having lived to 122yo. In 1965, at 90yo, she sold her French apartment in exchange for a right of occupancy and a monthly revenue of €380, until her death. She received double the value of the property by 1995.
