TIL Kazuhiko Torishima, editor of Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball, only started working at Shueisha (publisher of Weekly Shōnen Jump) because he wanted to work on Japanese Playboy. Torishima was disapointed when Shueisha started sending him boxes of manga as he had never worked with manga before.
