TIL William Blythe died in a one-vehicle car accident when the vehicle overturned and threw him into a ditch, where he drowned. Blythe was on his way to Arkansas from Chicago to pick up his 5th wife, Virginia, and her unborn son Bill, who would later go on to become the 42nd President.
