TIL that I, and 1 in 5 of you, have anisocoria—pupils that are generally different sizes. This doesn’t intrinsically represent a medical issue, but can be caused by a couple things, I.e. Horner’s Syndrome, Adie tonic pupil, oculomotor nerve palsy etc.
