TIL In 1957 Ford sponsored a CBS TV special hosted by Bing Crosby to promote their new model, the Edsel. It included performances by Frank Sinatra, Rosemary Clooney, Louis Armstrong, and Bob Hope. Because Bing Crosby was an early investor in the technology, it is the oldest known videotaped show.
