TIL the Epic of Gilgamesh, humanity's 1st recorded story mentions a man called Utnapishtim. The Gods tasked him with building an ark for his family and 2 animals from each species to survive a flood they would create because of Humanity's sins. All this is really similar to the story of Noah's ark.
