Til Mr Cruel is an unidentified offender active in late 80s and early 90s Melbourne. He abducted three girls. Two victims described the house where they were held and heard planes nearby, suggesting it was near Melbourne Airport. He is the prime suspect in the 1991 murder of Karmein Chan.
