TIL Bill Murray was bitten twice by the groundhog while filming Groundhogs day. The doc who treated him declined to give him a rabies shot because he didn’t know if groundhogs were carriers. When Murray asked, “what if i get rabies?” he responded, “then we’ll know [they’re carriers], won’t we.”
